1) Bridge Notes Program

Consistent with HRI’s “Core Strategy”, the Bridge Note Program provides investors with a high return but low risk opportunity. Investors can be “the Bank”, and provide HRI with a preferred note that pays a significant, fixed rate of return. Bridge Notes typically have a 1-year maturity, providing investors with significantly more liquidity than typical real estate investments.

2) Equity Partner Program (“EPP”)

Consistent with HRI’s Equity Strategy, investors can participate with HRI in equity ownership of a given property. Investors share in the cashflow generated by each property, as well as the significant capital appreciation. The EPP opportunity is flexible to allow a single investor for a property, or HRI can arrange a small syndicate of investors for a specific property. Equity Partners enjoy fractional ownership of a passive investment opportunity.
