Tom Stanley has been in the commercial real estate business for over
24 years. His roots are in multi-family housing. Fairly early in
his career he launched a building company, and transitioned from
multi-family to build a chain of health clubs (1990’s). Tom
sold this chain in the late 1990’s to focus exclusively on
real estate development and income production through multi family.
In early 2000 he
launched a building group around single family homes, a basic
buy, rehab/expand, and sell strategy. In 2004, Tom foresaw
the end of the housing boom, and thus exited this strategy
(very timely). He then transitioned his building group to focus
on building churches, a business that is vibrant today. In
fact he is active in the Indianapolis, Illinois and Wisconsin
markets currently through this activity. (Note: Tom has two
businesses today, Progressive Vision Management, Inc and High
Rise Investments, Inc.)
Tom still owns several
properties throughout the Midwest, however, the history of
builds as well as buildings owned over the years is too extensive
for this document.
